- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- All tags and labels must be intact
- Used or damaged items are not eligible
- Change of mind returns may incur a 35%–50% restocking fee
- Wrong item orders are eligible for replacement only (no refund)

- 25% restocking fee (standard)
